Purchase & Refund Policy
1. What a purchase provides
A RedemptionBase purchase provides the software license, version, location/workstation rights, and any included support or update terms stated on the order page, invoice, order confirmation, or applicable Support & Updates Policy. RedemptionBase is licensed, not sold outright.
2. Digital delivery and license issuance
Delivery occurs electronically. After a qualifying payment is completed, RedemptionBase may provide the purchaser with a signed license file, download access, installation access, email delivery, or other electronic access needed to activate the Software.
For purposes of this Policy, a license is considered issued or made available when the purchaser is given access to the license file through the post-purchase page, email delivery, or another electronic delivery method, even if the purchaser does not immediately download, install, or use it.
3. All sales final after license issuance
Because RedemptionBase is digitally delivered and the purchaser receives immediate access to a perpetual software license, RedemptionBase does not provide refunds after license issuance merely because the purchaser changes their mind, decides not to use the Software, closes or changes the business, prefers another product, or later determines that the Software does not meet a preference or workflow expectation that could reasonably have been evaluated before purchase.
4. Evaluation before purchase
RedemptionBase provides an evaluation version so prospective purchasers can review the interface and workflow before buying. Customers are encouraged to use the evaluation, review the published product information, and confirm device/browser suitability before purchasing.
Failure to use the available evaluation does not create a refund right after license issuance.
5. Lost license files, backups, and device changes
Losing a license file does not create a refund right. A verified purchaser may contact RedemptionBase to request that the original license file be reissued or resent.
Likewise, loss of local shop data, failure to maintain backups, device loss or failure, or failure to transfer data between devices does not by itself create a refund right. RedemptionBase provides backup and restore tools, and the customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups for its business.
6. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and failed delivery
RedemptionBase will correct or refund duplicate charges, unauthorized duplicate processing caused by our systems, payments taken when the purchased license cannot be delivered, and other clear billing errors.
If a purchaser believes the delivered license is invalid because of an error on our part, or the Software materially fails to function as represented and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, the purchaser should contact support@bottleredemptionbase.com. RedemptionBase may troubleshoot, repair, replace, reissue, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
7. No refund for ordinary business circumstances
Except where required by law, refunds are not provided solely because of:
- a change of mind after purchase;
- decision not to install or use RedemptionBase;
- business closure, sale, staffing changes, or workflow changes;
- preference for another product or service;
- loss of the license file when the original can be reissued;
- failure to maintain backups or loss of local shop data;
- device replacement, browser changes, or failure to follow published installation/backup instructions; or
- a feature preference that was disclosed or reasonably available for evaluation before purchase.
8. Taxes
Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be charged, collected, or reported as required by law. Tax treatment can change and may depend on the purchaser's location and the nature of the transaction.
9. Charge disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact RedemptionBase first about duplicate charges, delivery problems, license problems, or billing errors so the issue can be reviewed promptly. Nothing in this Policy removes rights a customer has under applicable payment-network rules or applicable law.
10. Agreement at purchase
Purchase and use are subject to the RedemptionBase Software License Agreement, Privacy & Data Notice, this Purchase & Refund Policy, and any purchase-specific terms presented at checkout. The purchase record may retain the legal-terms version accepted by the authorized purchaser.
